Guilford,
Connecticut is a town of 22,000 residents located on the Shore of Long
Island Sound a 15 minute drive east of New Haven. Located in I-95, it is
easily accessible. Its area of 47.6 square miles is comprised of sandy
beaches, lowland areas and hills in the northern part of town. It was
first settled in 1639 when it was call Menunkatucket.
The town is now home

within the village center. The town green is surrounded by

Route 1 ( Boston Post Road ). The town is made up of mostly single
